The Herb Seasoning
The only seasoning you will need in Italian foods, sauces, stuffings, gumbos, soups, salad dressings, meatloaf, chicken, lamb, fish and shrimp. Use in place of any aromatic herb (thyme, rosemary, basil, bay leaf, marjoram…)
Shrimp Gabrielle
12 pieces shrump in shell
1 ½ Oz olive oil
1 oz oil from melted butter
½ oz Gabrielle
1 oz lemon juice
1 ½ oz Chablis Wine
Warm the two oils, add shrimp and stir. Add Gabrielle and lemon juice and stir or shake. Cover and cook slowly for 3-4 minutes, shaking during cooking. Add wine, stir or shake and continue cooking 3 or 4 minutes. Serve with crusty French Bread for “sopping”
