The Perfect Seasoning

An all-purpose blend to use ongrilled, baked or broiled beef, chicken, pork, lamb, fish and seafood. The only seasoning you need to use in breadings and batters for fried chicken, fried catfish, chicken fried steak and fried vegetables…sprinkle on french fries, hamburgers, vegetables, salads, eggs…will enhance prepared foods. Use instead of salt and pepper

Fajitas

At least 1 hr before cooking, sprinkle approximately ½ oz Spicet on each side of 2 ½ lbs. skirt steak from which excess fat has been trimmed. Tenderized meat is best. Grill over mesquite, adding more Spicet as desired. Slice and servce as usual

Steak Marinade

2 C. Soy oil

4 C. water

1 C. Spicet

Combine all ingredients. Marinate steak 5 to 10 minutes before broiling
