Boiled Shrimp

5 lbs Shrimp in shell

5 qts water

½ c. Salt

¼ C. Cajun Breakdown

In a 10 qt pot, bring water and salt to a boil. Add shrimp. Place in closed container with ½ cup Cajun Breakdown. Shake and wait 15 minutes

Boiled Crawfish

Use the same amount of salt per pound of crawfish. Cook 4 minutes. Drain. Layer in insultated cooler alternating crawfish and Cajun Breakdown. Cover and let stand 15 minutes. Mix well. Remember…good crawfish are spicy
